My Story
When I was 23, I started a company with two of my friends. I thought it might last a couple of years — enough to have something interesting to write about in business school essays. Instead, we hit the market with the right model at the right time, and we worked really, really hard.
That company, Thrive Networks, made the Boston Business Journal's Fastest Growing Companies list four years in a row. In 2005, I was named to the 40 Under 40. In 2007, we sold to Staples. That company is now worth over $400 million.

After Thrive, I went on to help build Digital Bungalow — and we made the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies three years in a row.
Then in 2015, I became an EOS Implementer. I'd already implemented it at my last company. I started coaching on a volunteer basis, fell in love with it, and joined EOS formally. In my first year, I added 27 new clients — the record for most new clients in a single year. Over 11 years, I built a practice of 100 clients and 1,100 full-day sessions. Around fall of 2024, I started to feel something shift. I'd built something I was deeply proud of. But I was stagnating — and I knew it. I needed a new challenge.
That's when I found Outgrow. A proactive revenue growth system that perfectly complemented everything I'd spent 20+ years doing. In my first year as an Outgrow Advisor, I had the most new clients and the most revenue of any advisor in the country.
