I've Been Where You Are.


At 23, I co-founded a company called Thrive Networks with two friends. My honest expectation was that it would last a couple of years and give me something to write about in my business school essays. 

Instead, we hit the market with the right model at the right time, worked incredibly hard, and ended up on the cover of the Boston Business Journal — Fastest Growing Companies, four years running. We were also named Best Places to Work every year. 

In 2007, we sold to Staples. Today, Thrive does $400mm in revenue and is valued at over a billion dollars.

Looking for a new challenge,  I took over a 10-person web development company, implemented EOS, changed the culture, and grew it by more than 400% before selling it to a competitor. 

In 2015, I became an EOS Implementer — and fell in love with coaching. Over 11 years, I worked with 100 clients and delivered 1,100 full-day sessions. But there was one question I kept hearing that I couldn't fully answer:

"We have the right people. We have the system. So why aren't we growing?"

That question led me to Outgrow — a proven system for building proactive growth cultures.
